This is our reminder to you. There is a war in Iraq and there are 1.3 Million dead, most of them innocent women, children and men. There are thousands who experience worried things every day. There is and was no reason for a war against innocent people. Quit the war now!

Hawaiian Beach Rentals Reports Increasing Demand to Rent Oahu Condos as Housing Prices Rise

As housing prices continue to rise in Hawaii, Hawaiian Beach Rentals reports an increasing demand to rent Oahu condos instead of buying. The latest report issued by Prudential Locations and outlined in the Pacific Business News revealed condo prices saw an increase of 1.6 percent between November, 2007 and January, 2008.
February 26, 2008 — As housing prices continue to rise in Hawaii, Hawaiian Beach Rentals reports an increasing demand to rent Oahu condos instead of buying. The latest report issued by Prudential Locations and outlined in the Pacific Business News revealed condo prices saw an increase of 1.6 percent between November, 2007 and January, 2008.
We continue to be fortunate that sales prices in Oahu are being maintained at 2007 levels.
